JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocates for the parties.
It is averred in this application that due to circumstances mentioned in para 6 of this application, the applicant could not arrange for the fund for deposit of 25% of the purchase consideration with the Official Liquidator on or before 3.6.2011.
Considering overall facts and circumstances as stated in the application, I deem it just and proper to grant prayer in terms of para 10(A).
The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
