By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the CJM, Gorakhpur to decide the complaint case no. 335 of 2018 (Akash Verma Vs. Tarkeshwar Pandey and others), under sections 147, 406, 419, 420, 311, 504, 506, 341, 347, 120-B IPC, P.S. Rajghat, Disstrict Gorakhpur in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously.
