2. Sri Pratik Chandra, learned counsel appearing for Respondent-University, submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is under consideration at the level of University and appropriate decision will be taken within four weeks and communicated to petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner has no objection if the writ petition is decided in terms of above statement.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the statement given by learned counsel appearing for University.
