Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 21.10.2020 submitted by the petitioner regarding giving an opportunity to appear in proficiency in English Language subject examination as ex-student.
It is directed that the petitioner may move fresh copy of application/representation before respondent no.2 within four weeks from today and in case any such representation is so made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks next from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of. Cost easy.
