Dated this the 07th day of October, 2014 J UD G M E N T The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-43/3544 applied for temporary permit on the route Cheranelloor-Nettoor Market-Aluva in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-07/AS 8148, by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-43/3544 on the route Cheranelloor-Nettoor Market-Aluva in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-07/AS 8148.
2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL- 07/AS 8148 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing W.P(C) NO.25714/2014 ::2::
appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to a preferential claim, if any.
