The party-in-person, namely, Sonalben J. Patel is a practicing lawyer and for that purpose Mr.D.M.Thakkar, learned advocate for the applicants was suggested to find out some way and tackle the issue by way of proper settlement.
Today, this matter is again listed before this Court. The party-in-person has argued this matter for more than one and half hour and thereafter she states that this Court is prejudiced towards her.
In view of the utterance made by the original complainant, office is directed to place these matters before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for placing these matters before appropriate Court. Not before me.
