JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule on behalf of the State.
The applicant-convict has prayed for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find match for himself.
Considering the jail report, wherein it is mentioned that the applicant was released on temporary bail in August 2011 for a period of 30 days, discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
