Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Anoopshahar, Bulandshahar to expedite the Complaint Case No.366 of 2015 (Ajeet Singh Raghav Vs. Sanjay Kumar) under Section 420 I.P.C., at P.S. Narora, District Bulandshahar, within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Anoopshahar, Bulandshahar to consider and decide the aforesaid case fixing short dates in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
