The grievance of the petitioner is that the partition suit being Suit No.02863 of 2019 (Computerized Case No.-T- 201916670402863) (Mataamber vs. Anjani Kumar @ Babund & Ors.) filed under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by the respondent no.4 was pending since 2019 and the interim order which had been granted in the suit was working against the interest of the petitioner.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Suit No.02863 of 2019 (Computerized Case No.-T-201916670402863) (Mataamber vs. Anjani Kumar @ Babund & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
