The limited prayer in this original petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 and dispose of it in accordance with law and till then the proceedings to sell the vehicle may be kept in abeyance. 2.The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that they do not have any plan to sell the vehicle now, without proper authority.

In the light of the above submission, this petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take up and dispose of Ext.P2, as expeditiously as possible.
