JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Shital R. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted by him that by the impugned common order dated 13.03.2012 (21.03.2012), the Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, has admitted the Revision Application filed by different private respondents, by condoning the delay without there being any adjudication upon the aspect of delay, whatsoever.
Issue Notice for final disposal, returnable on 09.07.2012.
The proceedings in the Revision Application filed by respondents Nos.3 and 4, shall remain stayed till then.
