The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that respondent nos. 3 and 4 by using unfair means pressurizing the petitioner with the help of police officials to execute an agreement and the police officials are threatening the petitioner to put him behind the bars. The prayer thus is made to direct the respondents not to take any coercive measure/arrest to the petitioner.
From the facts averred in the petition for writ, it is apparent that the petitioner is having an apprehension about undue pressure by respondents for executing the agreement. The remedy available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievance by way of filing a first information report before the police station having territorial jurisdiction or by way of filing a complaint before the competent Judicial Magistrate.
No interference in writ jurisdiction is warranted. The writ petition, hence, is dismissed.
