The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 19.04.2021 passed by the Board of Revenue Circuit Court No. 2, Agra in Revision No. 15 of 2015 (Computer Case No. C201501000000326).
The order has been passed in the revision arising out of orders passed by the subordinate revenue authorities in proceedings registered under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 which are mutation proceedings and do not finally decide the status, rights and title of the parties.
The petitioners have the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings for declaration of their rights and in case such proceedings are instituted, the findings recorded by the revenue authorities in the present proceedings shall not be binding in such proceedings.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
