Heard counsel for the petitioners and Sri Suryabhan Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioners claim to be appointed as Assistant Teacher in Sri Mannu Lal Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Attara, District Banda, which is a recognized institution, now governed by the provisions of the U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education Act, 2000.
The case of the petitioners are that soon after their appointment on the post in the year 2018, the Management forwarded the papers to the District Inspector of Schools, Banda for according financial approval. However, the matter is still pending before him despite repeated representations.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second respondent be directed to take decision in this regard within a fixed time frame, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take decision in relation to grant of financial approval to the appointment of the petitioners on the basis of the documents allegedly submitted before them by the Management within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
