The applicant before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.07.2021 passed in Writ C No.15045 of 2021 (Ajay Kumar Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and Another).
Today when the matter was taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that pursuant to order passed by Writ Court a decision has already been taken by the opposite party.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed. However, in case applicant is still aggrieved it is open for the applicant to approach the authority concerned, if so advised.
