Heard Sri Mohitosh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prateek Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State respondents.
The petitioner wants removal of encroachments from 'Village Roads' and 'Khadanjas'. The remedy available to the petitioner for removal of such encroachments is available under Criminal Procedure Code as also under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
We are, accordingly, not inclined to entertain this petition and dismiss the same leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy available.
