Heard Shri Manoj Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner and Shri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel for the Union Bank of India.
The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceedings of Suit No.131 of 2015 (Ajai Singhal vs. Union Banki of India and another) for possession pending before learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.2, Ghazipur.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner states that the aforesaid suit is pending since the year 2015 and inspite of service of summons the opposite party has not filed any objection/written statement in the aforesaid suit.
Shri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the defendant-respondent states that in case no objection has been filed in the matter, the same would be filed shortly.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the Court concerned to expedite the proceeding of pending Suit No.131 of 2015 (Ajai Singhal vs. Union Banki of India and another) and conclude the same, in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
