Qureshi, learned advocate for the applicant submits that, in view of the subsequent development i.e. order dated 5.6.2008 in Cr. Misc. Application No.8023 of 2008, the applicant wants to go before the learned Sessions Court with appropriate application to revoke the order. For the said purpose, he seeks permission to withdraw this application at this stage. Permission granted. The application, which may be preferred by the applicant may be decided in accordance with the law. Present application is disposed of as withdrawn. Direct service is permitted.
