JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
