Mr.Purohit, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.1.
2. With consent of learned advocates appearing for both the parties, this petition is taken up for final hearing today itself.
3. Heard Mr. S.V.Raju, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Purohit, learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.1. To avoid further delay, without entering into the merits of the case, the following order is passed:-
The petitioner shall file his reply within a period of two weeks from today. The respondent shall consider the said reply and will pass a reasoned order either rejecting or accepting the contentions of the petitioner. If the respondent's order is adverse, the same will not be implemented for four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
4. With the above observations, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
