JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have not complied with the order of this Court despite enough time is being granted. It transpires that they have no intention to get their marriage registered. The statement made by counsel for petitioner that they have already applied for registration. If they have applied for registration, the same should have been given to their counsel which it appears that has not been done.
However, the petitioner no. 2 take out demand draft of Rs.25,000/- in favour of petitioner no. 1 on or before 25th September, 2018.
List this matter on 25th September, 2018.
