First Appeal No. 2179 of 2008 Admitted Civil Application No. 5249 of 2008 Rule returnable on 5th August 2008. Ad interim relief is granted in terms of para 3(b) on a condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount due and payable, under the impugned award on or before the returnable date with the Claims Tribunal. The amount deposited by the applicant with this Court at the time of filing this appeal shall be transmitted to the Claims Tribunal forthwith.
