Order dated 14.10.2011 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Ahmedabad in Reference (IT) No. 385 of 2002 is stayed on condition that the amount directed by the Tribunal will be deposited before the Registry of this Court within six weeks from today. The same shall be invested in FDR. Interest accrued thereon shall be paid to the delinquent. The petitioner can move appropriate application for early hearing of the matter.
