1. Learned advocate Shri Dilip Kanojiya for Shri R.S. Sanjanwala has place on record the affidavit affirmed by respondent workman, who himself is present in the Court and submitted that in light of this affidavit, the court may dispose of this matter directing the parties to abide by the terms of settlement. The said affidavit is taken on record.
2. The respondent workman along with Union representative are present in the Court and submitted that appropriate order be passed in terms of settlement.
3. Accordingly, the matter is disposed of in light of the affidavit filed by respondent workman. The petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.85,461/- to respondent workman on or before 11.07.2012. Rule is discharged. No costs.
