JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of this application, the applicants-original petitioners have prayed for fixing the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.11637 of 2002 for final hearing at an early date.
Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties. The matter pertains to regularization and the main matter being Special Civil Application No.11637 of 2002 is admitted vide order dated 2.12.2002. Considering the request made, the matter is fixed for final hearing in the week beginning from 18.6.2012.
In view of the above, this application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. No order as to cost.
