Case has been called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press the revision. Learned A.G.A. is present on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
The revision has been filed against an order dated 20.02.1991 passed in Session Trial No.12 of 191 by which non bailable warrant was issued against the revisionist pending trial.
The record reveals that no interim order was passed and therefore with passage of time the revision must have been rendered infructuous. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed.
