JUDGMENT / ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the case in Cr.No.28 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 4th respondent herein for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the court concerned.
2.Heard both sides.
3..At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichirappalli and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.7 of 2017 and the case is posted for hearing on 23.02.2017.
4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
