Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.

Affidavit dated 6.7.2012 is filed by the person who had taken the service of notice issued by this Court on 18.6.2012 that respondent has refused to accept the service of notice.

Fresh notice is issued to respondent returnable on 20.7.2012.

Direct service is permitted and to be served through in-charge Police Officer of the area in which respondent resides. Failure to affect the service and acceptance would invite proceedings under the law including the Contempt of Court Act.
