Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition has been filed praying for direction to the Judge, Small Causes Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide SCC Suit No.316 of 2018 (Afzal Hussain Vs. Abdul Samad & others) pending before it.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cross examination of PW -1 has started and defendant is not appearing in cross examination of PW - 1 and proceeding being delayed.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the aforesaid court to decide the SCC Suit No.316 of 2018 within a period of six months from date of filing copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court by the petitioner Order Date :- 7.10.2021 SS
