Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for same the incident an F.I.R. was lodged by the certain other persons and in that matter this Court has already stayed the arrest of the petitioner today only.
We have looked into the F.I.R. in question and contents of the writ petition. In the instant F.I.R. the investigating agency has given all necessary details with regard to the crime in question whereas in the F.I.R. lodged by the certain private persons the only allegation is that some persons was moving in the pick-up and they did not stop their vehicle despite a signal for that.
In view of it, grant of any interim relief in the case aforesaid (Writ Petition No. 7313 of 2018) is of no consequence.
The writ petition is dismissed.
