The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.531 of 2013 expeditiously.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner for partition of the suit property. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendants have already entered appearance and are contesting the proceedings.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
