Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
The instant revision is directed against the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by the Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow whereby an application by the revisionist for impleadment in a reference before the Waqf Tribunal, as a plaintiff, has been rejected.
I do not find any illegality in the impugned order.
In case, the petitioner has any cause of action, he can always institute a suit in his individual right but he cannot claim impleadment as a plaintiff in a suit filed by another.
The revision is accordingly dismissed.
