Sri Deepak Mishra, learned AGA, has, on the basis of instructions received, stated that final report has been submitted on 31.12.2018.
In view of the above, the cause to pursue this petition does not survive. In case any action adverse to the interest of the petitioner is taken on the final report, the petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedy in the appropriate jurisdiction.
