Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the record.
This is an application for a direction to expedite and decide Criminal Revision No. 160 of 2017 (Afsana v. State of U.P. and others) arising out of Case No. 9854/9 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No. 924 of 2016, under sections 376-D and 506 IPC, P.S. Kakrauli, District Muzaffarnagar pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Muzaffarnagar expeditiously Since the matter relates to section 376-D IPC, it is expected from the revisional court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferable within five months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations the petition under section 482 Cr.PC is disposed of.
