Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi to consider and decide the Execution Case Bearing Misc. Case No. 401 of 2019 (Smt. Afroj Vs. Mohd. Nasir), under Sections 125 (3) Cr.P.C., PS Asmouli, District Sambhal arising out of Case No. 143 of 2018.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 2019 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi to consider and decide the Execution Case Bearing Misc. Case No. 401 of 2019 (Smt. Afroj Vs. Mohd. Nasir), under Sections 125 (3) Cr.P.C., PS Asmouli, District Sambhal arising out of Case No. 143 of 2018 expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
