1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
2. Present application has been filed against the order dated 10.5.2018 passed in Sessions Trial No. 859 of 2017 (State versus Inam and others)arising out of case crime No. 205 of 2015 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 307 IPC, police station Khair, district Aligarh, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 6 Aligarh, by which the learned court below rejected the application filed by the applicant, who is an accused, for conducting NARCO analysis test of the applicant/accused.
3. The aforesaid application has been rejected on the ground given in the order being that neither the application was filed during the course of investigation and in any case, it has been submitted that such an application may not be admitted as that may not be result in any direct evidence to be considered during trial proceedings.
4. This Court finds no error in the order impugned.
5. Present application lacks merit and is dismissed.
