In this case, appellant no. 1 Adya Prasad Pandey and appellant no. 2 Smt. Sukhraji Devi are said to be died.
In this regard, a report from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad dated 23.01.2021, is on record which is as per circular issued by this Court, stating therein that appellant no. 1 Adya Prasad Pandey and appellant no. 2 Smt. Sukhraji Devi died, hence the appeal stands abated.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
