Rule.
The present Civil Application has been filed by the applicant-respondent no.1 for fixing an early date of hearing of First Appeal No.216 of 1983 on the grounds stated in the application.
Heard learned counsel, Ms.Archana Acharya for the applicant, learned counsel, Ms.Archana Amin for learned counsel, Mr.B.D. Karia for the respondent no.1 and learned AGP Ms.Trusha Mehta for the respondent no.2.
In view of the fact that matter is old and the grounds mentioned, the present Civil Application deserves to be allowed.
In the circumstances, the present application stands allowed in terms of Para No.12(B). First Appeal No.216 of 1983 is ordered to be placed on board for hearing on 16 th April, 2012. Rule is made absolute.
