The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the Transfer Policy-2018 issued by the State Government and transfer the petitioner from Kannauj to Mainpuri on the post of Revenue Inspector forthwith.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation to the authority concerned ventilating his grievance within a week from today, the authority would decide the same strictly in accordance with law and in the light of the Transfer Policy-2018 in three weeks thereafter.
This order has been passed with due assistance of Shri Suryabhan Singh, learned Standing Counsel.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
