Sri K.K. Dwivedi, counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Sinha, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
In this petition, the main grievance of the petitioner is that he is being harassed at the behest of respondent no. 4 and series of cases have been registered against him.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that before registering any case against the petitioner, the correctness of the same may be verified and then only police may proceed.
State counsel submits that serious allegations have been leveled against the petitioner and once he is being found habitual offender, police has no option but to register cases against him.
The relief as prayed by the petitioner in the present petition cannot be granted.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
The party shall file computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court, Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner(s) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person(s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number(s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court, Allahabad and shall made a declaration of such verification in writing.
