Asmita Patel, learned AGP on advance copy, upon instructions of Mr. Gamiti, Superintendent of Stamp Duty states that as could be seen from the order dated 1.8.2011 produced on record at page-45, it goes without saying that if the petitioners are presenting the documents along with power of attorney duly executed, then the concerned authority shall comply with the direction issued in the communication dated 27.7.2011.
In view of this, learned advocate Shri Majmudar appearing for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage with a liberty to file afresh in case of difficulty. Permission as sought for is granted. Matter is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. Direct service permitted.
