Party-in-person requests for time. Considering the fact that that these matters pertain to election which need priority coupled with the fact that there are quite a number of matters pending for admission in the current business, this Court is not in a position to take up these matters on priority basis since these matters require hearing on a regular basis. Therefore, it would not be appropriate for this court to simply adjourn the matters. Office is, therefore, directed to place these matters before the Honourable the Acting Chief Justice for appropriate directions on administrative side so as to place these matters before appropriate court on 13.07.2012.
