Sri Raj Nath Bhakta, Advocate (R.No.UP 707/92, A/R 0184/12, Mobile no.9450704212) holding brief of Sri Ranjeet Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners do not want to pursue this writ petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Sri Brijesh Kumar Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no.5-Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel representing respondent nos.1 to 4 have no objection to the prayer made by counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer, as made above, is allowed.
In view of aforesaid, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
