The petitioner claims to have filed an application on 21.2.2018 for recall of order dated 22.4.2016 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh, whereby the custody of the minor child has been directed to be handed over to the mother.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that the next date fixed is 24.4.2018.
Having regard to the fact that the matter relates to custody of a minor child, it is desirable that the application filed by the petitioner is taken up for consideration and decided expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments. It is directed accordingly.
The petition stands disposed of.
