Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri V.K. Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the order dated 10.11.2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 15920 of 2020 (Abid Ali Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri V.K. Yadav, learned Standing Counsel placed instructions dated 21.09.2021 received from the office of the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur, the same taken on record. Along with the instructions, spot memo dated 19.09.2021 was also appended.
From perusal of the same, it is clear that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further order is required to be passed in the matter.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
