The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 31.07.2020 and 26.02.2021 passed in Special Appeal No.326 of 2020 (Kiran Lata Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 5 others).
An affidavit of compliance was filed on behalf of opposite party, same is taken on record. It is admitted between the parties that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
