Counsel for the petitioner has filed the aforesaid correction application to correct the order dated 22.4.2019 passed by this Court.
It is prayed in the correction application that in the second paragraph of order dated 22.4.2019 in place of Case Crime No. 0438 of 2018 under sections 147/323/504/506/336 IPC, police station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar, it may be corrected as N.C.R. No. 0055 of 2018 under sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, police station Magorra, District Mathura.
The correction application is allowed.
In place of Case Crime No. 0438 of 2018 under sections 147/323/504/506/336 IPC, police station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar, it may be read as N.C.R. No. 0055 of 2018 under sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, police station Magorra, District Mathura.
Office is directed to issue a certified copy of the order accordingly.
