Against the order impugned in the writ petition the petitioner has a right of appeal under the provisions of U.P. Narcotic Drug Rules, 1986.
In view of the above, we leave it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedy available to it.
We are not inclined to interfere in this matter at this stage.
The Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
