The petitioner, who is general category candidate, is claiming scholarship/fee reimbursement for academic years 2014-15 and 2015-16 during which period he was a student of B.Sc. (Agriculture). The specific case of the petitioner is that he was duly granted scholarship during academic years 2013-14 and 2016-17. The representation filed by the petitioner raising the said grievance before respondent no.3 dated 21.2.2018 is still pending.
Learned standing counsel very fairly states that the representation filed by the petitioner would be decided by the third respondent within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 21.2.2018 by means of a speaking order, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order alongwith photo copy of the representation.
