ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition. Hence, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He further pleads that the amounts/fees paid by the petitioner to the respondent – Karnataka Examination Authority, may be directed to be refunded.
2. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The respondent- Karnataka Examination Authority, is directed to refund all amounts/fees, which the petitioner is entitled to.
